At RAIN CLOSET, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below. Alternatively, our customer care team can facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).
Eligibility:
Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 3 days after receiving the parcel, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.
Please note that articles purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Proof of Purchase:
This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email/message.
Conditions for Exchange:
Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition. You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will share the details of exchange and return procedure.
RETURN POLICY:
If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:
. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
. The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact.
. Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email.
. Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered.
